💚We want every Sage Bros customer to be completely satisfied. If something goes wrong with your order, we make it right — quickly and without hassle. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 5 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

What qualifies for a return or refund

We accept return/replacement requests within 5 days of delivery. Since our products are consumable food supplements, returns are only accepted in specific circumstances.

  • ✓ Product received damaged or broken
  • ✓ Wrong product delivered (different SKU)
  • ✓ Seal tampered or packaging compromised on delivery
  • ✓ Missing items from a combo order
  • ✓ Expired product delivered

✗ Not Eligible for Return

  • ✗ Change of mind after opening the product
  • ✗ Opened or partially consumed products
  • ✗ Request raised after 5 days of delivery
  • ✗ Products purchased during clearance/final sale
  • ✗ Dissatisfaction with results (supplement results vary)
Important: All eligible return requests must be accompanied by a clear unboxing video or photograph showing the damaged/wrong product and sealed package. This protects both you and us.

Share Your Evidence
Send a clear photo or short video of the product showing the damage, wrong item, or tampered seal. This is required for processing.

We Review Your Request
Our team reviews your request within 24 business hours and confirms eligibility.

Return Pickup (if required)
For applicable returns, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address. You don't pay for return shipping.

Refund or Replacement Processed
Once the return is confirmed, your refund or replacement is processed as per your preference.

3. Refund Timeline

When to expect your money back

Once your return is approved and the item is received/confirmed, refunds are processed as follows:

Refund timelines are estimated from the date we confirm approval. Actual credit may take additional 1–2 days depending on your bank. GST component (18%) is non-refundable as it has already been remitted to the government.

4. Replacements

Getting a new product instead of a refund

In most cases where a product arrives damaged or wrong, we offer a free replacement as the fastest resolution. Replacements are dispatched within 1–2 business days of return confirmation.

  • Replacement products are shipped via express courier at no additional cost
  • If the same product is out of stock, we offer a full refund or store credit
  • Replacement requests are processed once per order — a replaced item cannot be replaced again
💡Most customers prefer replacement over refund as it's faster — 2 days vs 5–7 days. WhatsApp us and we'll sort it out immediately.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products not eligible for return under any circumstance

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances, in compliance with FSSAI food safety guidelines:

  • Opened capsule bottles or gummy pouches (seal broken)
  • Products consumed partially or fully
  • Products where the batch number or MRP sticker has been removed
  • Products purchased during flash sale, BOGO, or marked as "Final Sale"
  • Free gift or sample products

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

How refunds work for COD orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds cannot be issued as cash. Instead, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your registered bank account.

To receive a COD refund, please share the following via WhatsApp or email within 5 days of return approval:

  • Account holder name (as on bank account)
  • Bank account number
  • IFSC code
  • Bank name and branch

COD refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your bank details. We recommend opting for store credit for faster resolution.
